Alexandra has appeared in over 100 television and feature film series, typically in the role of the second or first female leading character. Internationally acclaimed for her five-year run as the lead as Lt. Stephanie Holden in the television series Baywatch. Alexandra is the owner of her own business in wellness coaching. She is a health coach. Alexandra personally coaches clients on the phone all over the globe. She also gives presentations in groups about how they can change their habits for a healthier lifestyle and a happier life. Alexandra has been involved in three films this year: Escaping My Stalker (2019), Pink Skies Ahead (2019) as well as The Estate. Alexandra also spoke at George Washington University's Human Overpopulation Forum and Scripps Institute of Oceanography as well as Glendale Community College regarding the issue of human overpopulation. Alexandra hosts a podcast called Switch4Good that has been downloaded, and seen in excess of 3 million times. Alexandra has been out of the public eye and wore a mask throughout 2020.
